Mori Hall of Fame is a modern event hall in Potiskum, built for weddings and walimah, conferences, naming ceremonies, graduations and community gatherings.
The hall opened its doors in September 2026 with one aim: give Potiskum a venue that feels finished, comfortable and dignified on the day it matters.
Inside you get a fully tiled floor, decorated false ceiling with mood lighting and chandeliers, air conditioning and standing coolers, ceiling and wall fans throughout, a raised carpeted stage behind etched glass balustrades, and banquet tables and chairs already dressed. Outside there is space to park, and a gate you can secure.
Our team sets the room the way your programme needs it: banquet rounds for a reception, theatre rows for a seminar, or a cleared floor for cultural events.

Come and see the hall before you decide. Call me on the number below and I will open it for you, walk you through the room, and answer whatever you want to ask about dates, prices, or the food we can cook for your event.
Built on a foundation of learning: Mori Nursery, Primary & Secondary School
The hall shares its home and its owner with Mori Memorial School, the institution that gave this compound its start and its name.
Mori Nursery, Primary and Secondary School is where it all began. Long before the hall opened its doors, this same compound in Potiskum was already shaping pupils in Islamic and Western education, and the hall was raised on that same ground, under the same ownership, to serve the same community.
The school runs a full pathway from nursery through primary to secondary level, with well-equipped classrooms, science laboratories for practical chemistry and biology lessons, qualified teaching staff and a calm, secure campus. Pupils here get hands-on learning, not just lessons on a board, and the same standard of care and finish you see in the hall carries through to every classroom.
If you know Mori Hall of Fame, you already know the family behind it, and that family started with this school. Enrolment enquiries and school visits are welcome alongside your hall booking.
How we work with you
Most events here need three things settled early: the date, the room layout, and who is coming in to decorate and cook. We handle the first two and can handle the third as well if you ask us.
Tell us your programme when you book. We will set the room the night before where the calendar allows, so your decorator walks into a hall that is already arranged.
