Terms and conditions for use of the hall
These are the terms you agree to when you book Mori Hall of Fame.
- Use of the hall for any unlawful, hazardous, or unauthorized activity is strictly prohibited.
- The Hirer shall maintain the hall, furnishings, fixtures, and all equipment in good condition during the rental period. Any damage to the structure (walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors) or to any items provided (tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, decor, etc.) caused by the Hirer, their guests, employees, or contractors shall be the sole responsibility of the Hirer.
- The Hirer shall pay the full cost of repair or, if repair is not feasible, the full replacement value of the damaged item(s).
- Management reserves the right to assess damages and invoice the Hirer accordingly.
- The rental period is strictly as agreed in the booking confirmation. The Hirer must vacate the premises by the end time stated. If the Hirer remains beyond the agreed rental period, additional charges shall apply at the rate set by management.
- Any unauthorized changes, extra services, or additional usage beyond the scope of the original booking (including but not limited to extended setup or teardown, additional cleaning, or use of unapproved equipment) will incur additional fees as determined by management. These charges shall be communicated to the Hirer and are payable upon demand.
- The Hirer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, safety regulations, and management instructions. The Hirer indemnifies and holds harmless Mori Hall of Fame, its owners, and staff against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the Hirer's use of the premises.
- By signing the rental agreement or making a booking, the Hirer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
