How many people does the hall seat?
Up to 350 guests at banquet tables, or about 250 in theatre rows. Tell us your number when booking and we will set the layout.
How do I hold a date?
Dates are held only after a deposit is received. A booking with no payment stays on hold for 48 hours.
Can you cook the food, or must I bring a caterer?
Either way works. Our kitchen cooks rice dishes, tuwo and soup, suya, small chops, cake and local drinks for events here, and we quote once we know your guest number. If you would rather use your own caterer, they are welcome; just tell us the access time you agreed so they are not waiting at the gate.
When can decoration start?
Full day and wedding packages include early access on the morning of the event. Where the previous evening is free, we usually allow set-up the night before at no extra charge, so ask when you book.
Is there a generator?
Yes. The hall runs on mains supply with generator backup, so lighting and cooling stay on through the programme.
Is parking available?
There is parking inside the compound and an attendant on duty during events.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event, less a 10% administrative charge.
Inside 14 days the deposit is transferable to another date within 3 months, subject to availability.
Damage to hall property is billed at replacement cost.
Can I see the hall before booking?
Come and look. Viewing daily, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Call 08160584174 first so someone is there to open up.
